so I don't want to lose the tradeline. I have late pays from 6/2000 and from 1999. How long do they keep these records.. should I just dispute and pray my tradeline doesn't disappear! Any Help appreciated!
I had the same problem with first premier. The late pays were actually incorrect and the banking commission for SD had to get involved. I disputed it with the CRAs and instead of changing them they just did not respond and the tradelines went bye bye. Needless to say after paying all those fees I am still pissed about it. a 3 year good cc down the drain. They said last month they would replace it but haha yah right let's all believe the angelic sub prime lender.
Hey Picantel, I have a problem with a SD bank and was thinking about filing a complaint... It is First National Bank and it is a credit card that is paid off but shows so many (2x 90..... 4x30 day lates) I have asked them to validate and send statements, but no response so far... I want to file complaints with BBB and SD banking commission on Friday but the website doesn't really give a lot of information.
