I have a medical collection for 62.00. I have written them a goodwill letter and have disputed it. It has come back as verified just today. I need another plan of attack here. The goodwill letter was written and received by them over two weeks ago. No reply back. Can someone please offer to me some suggestions.

I am just wondering if I should write anything about an intent to sue. Also, I really don't have any violations on them at all. What can I really say in strong enough language where I can sort of bluff, but will make them quake. And hopefully they will not want to bother with going to court over 62.00.
