I need to send Intent to Sue letter to ford motor credit. They are reporting inaccurate information to all three CRAs. I settled with their collection agent on a deficiency balance. I have in writing that they would update my credit report. I have contacted them and their collection agent several times. I have disputed with all three CRAs. No changes. This has been going on for 8 months and is keeping me from obtaining a mortgage. I live in Missouri. Ford motor credit has several different offices â?? Arizona, California, Michigan, and Nebraska. My questions are 1. Where to send my letter. A legal dept, the CEO, pres., CFO, their registered agent? 2. Should I sue the CRAs as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
