I need the right words to make CRA

I've got an unpaid collection that's set to fall off due to 7 yr rule this summer. It would help if this account is gone now! Since it's so close to automatic deletion, I'm hoping when I dispute with the CRA's the creditor won't respond. Now here's the problem. I disputed this account about 2 yrs ago and it came back verified. I need the right words to make CRA's investigate again. Any ideas?

Does anyone think I need to send validation letter to creditor?

    Killer,

    Dispute it as obsolete information.

I may be wrong since I am no expert, but should he/she (sorry) go ahead and go this route, so that if they don't delete it through disputing he can continue the "30 day letter" routine?
