Here's the deal. I just aquired 2 homes. They need some work. They are potential rental incomes properties. I have horrible credit. I am interested in loans/grants that may look over the fact that I was a loser (credit wise) in the past. They are worth some $ but I don't know where to go for a even swap of security of collateral for the need of some starting cash. Any ideas?
RE: I owe nothing, want a loan Make sure you look around. There are several mortgage companies that will hawk you at rediculous rates regardless of your history. How recent is the bad history? If you have..say..1-2 years of good history, you would be in much better shape.
