I can't believe how simple this will be. Just one sheet of paperwork and then another sheet when I pay my $62 dollars which includes service. I can serve as early as Monday. I have prepared my lawsuit and prepared a list of the evidence. I can't believe I have 27 items of proof that they screwed me. I'll fax the prepared lawsuit and small claims forms after I check the mail today. I have given them until Monday to settle. Thanks so much to this forum for giving me the courage to pursue this.
