I sent them the same thing I sent to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, Innovis, and Dolan.

A copy of my DL and SS card.

Equifax - no problem
Experian - no problem
TransUnion - no problem
Innovis - no response yet (only been a few days)
Dolan - no response yet (only been a few days)
LIR - Big Problem

 

I am going to fax them a copy of my earnings statement with EVERYTHING blanked out except my name, address, and SSN and see what their response is then. I'll fax it on Monday.

Can't do the same for my wife because she is a stay-at-home-mom..... She is sending them a letter asking on what legal basis they are refusing her lawful request for disclosure under 15 USC (1681 g & h) AND OCGA [10-1-393 (29)(C)]

This might explain why Experian "could not see" the inquiry by LIR even though I can see it plain as day...

I bet I was being BS'd because they have their hands in each others pockets!
