And I still have one question. I am in the process of doing my own credit repair and am curious about a Midland Credit listing. It is inaccurate in that it is obviously re-aging a debt that is about to fall off my report. (The date opened is listed as n/a). My question is do I just ask for a straight validation or should I just say that I know that they are trying to reage when I write to the CRA? CRA's don't validate. If you tell them it has been reaged, then you have admitted its yours Try not mine, or do not recognize.
