How are your ratios? If you are carry some large balances you could get those lower to help the scores.

Depends, Some say installment loans lower your scores, but I think it really depend on the mix of credit accounts one has, for me, it has help alot.

What are the baddies on your reports? =)

How old are the accounts on your reports?

That charge off is what is killing your scores. Its only 2 months old.

Getting rid of the charge off will increase your scores ALOT. I got a collection deleted and my FICO jumped 50-60 points.

Sounds like it's the Providian Charge-Off that has your scores so low, it's to new, try getting it off. I think I read somewhere that new lates and charge-off hurt more than many late or charge-off, that are 2 to 3+ years old. =( Good Luck.

Did you make sure all your accounts are reporting correctly, such as open dates, balance $0, make sure your CC are listed as revolving credit, not installment. Also make sure your car loan is listed as Installment not Revolving account.

    Hope this info help. =)
