I just want to hug every damn body...lol...thank u so much...especially ontrack for putting up with my noob stupidity:) You helped me so much. Since beginning a month ago, through disputes, I have had 5 deletions!! Woohoo!!! Scores are rising sloooowly, but hey, they are going up. I went crazy one day though and started applying for cards like an idiot. I jumped the gun too much. Because of the collections and stuff, my credit/debt ratio is too high, it put a few more inquiries on my report, and of course I got denied...but I am learning patience:)

    So, beginning my credit sojurn...

    These are FICO
    Dec. 9th-
    Experian- 548
    Equifax- 525
    TU- 504

    Jan- 11
    EX- 555
    EQ-556
    TU-504

    FAKO-
    Dec 9
    EX-548
    Eq-525
    TU-506

    Jan 11
    EX-537
    EQ-585
    TU-547

Only experian has finished their report, and deleted 5 items, still waiting on others.

One question...Truecredit scores above of EX- 537 hasnt updated since the deletions...According to Credit Expert(experians site) my Experian score is...633!!!! WOW!!! Why such a big difference? and which one do I trust? FICO(Equifax) Truecredit(Transunion) or Credit Expert(Experian)?

Also ONTRACK... If you remember me bombarding u with questions about my summons and stuff, well update:

I received a letter before the holidays from the court. Its a letter i imagine the CA got too. A form to fill out if A) an agreement had been reached, or B)the plaintiff wants to withdrawal. If not returned back within like 15 days, we will be scheduled for arbitration. Now, I haven't heard anything yet, but since receiving that, I have noticed that the account has been deleted from all of my credit reports because of my dispute...think this is a good sign they will withdrawal? It is W&A of all people. Let me know:)

THANKS AGAIN!! And I will keep everyone updated and I still read and paruse this site daily:) THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PROVIDES HELP:)

Scores are the inverse of gas prices.

They can plummet overnight, but seem like it takes forever to get them to budge the other way.
