I sent out the estoppel

    Estoppel DOES NOT GENERALLY APPLY TO DEBT COLLECTION :)

    Maybe a little more info on the background would help.

    BUT, if it was in response to "Failing to validate", the letter hold no legal weight.

    YES, it may work however.

    Well i sent out an Validation letter, on 2/9/04 Haven't Heard ANYTHING from them.. So On 3/9/04, I sent out the estoppel letter... haven't heard from them in 15 days... Now today The original creditor sent me out Old bill copies of the alleged debt... NO CONTRACT, NO SIGNATURE,NO NOTHING.. What can i do?
