I disputed an item on EXP and it came back verified (last month) no matter what I tried it wouldn't let me dispute again, well I think I figured out a way. I clicked investigate, and then clicked wrong balance, then I clicked the box to "add other info" as well. In there I put payment never late. Does this make sense? Someone try it on CE and let me know if it worked for them. Kellie
