I got a bill from a CA, sent 07/06/2005. I sent a debt validation request on 07/19/2005. They received it per CRRR on 07/20/2005. This morning, 07/28/2005, I got a call from their computer asking me to call their number, mentioning the same account number I sent my DV out on. I hope they didn't validate properly, because if they didn't, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO taking this one to court. I hate this CA, and I hate the OC just as much. Oh yeah, I guess I should memorialize this phone call with notarized certified mail, shouldn't I?
