hello all, first post here, but have been fighting CA's for a while...ok...approx a year ago, i send nco a full C&D...sent CRRR...I have copies of the letters and also have the USPS green cards with date and all that...well....for a week now I had been getting calls on my phone from 410-986-0085...they leave the message""this is kelly, please call back...your ref number is Blah blah blah...well..come to find out it's NCO calling......I clearly have them on a violation, their number is trapped in my phone...how do I go about suing these scumbags for every penny I can get?.....tha nk you all

I may be wrong here, but consider your first C&D expired. Send them another, let them know you're counting violations.

What is the debt about? Past SOL or what?

It's for a loan, and it's past SOL by 4 years, I dont think C&D's expire, unless the collection agency sells it to another agency...then you have to C&D all over again....I want to nail these a^^holes to the wall

Have you ever tried paying the bill that you obviously owe??

Seems like alot of people spend their time looking for ways to avoid paying their debts, when in fact they should be using that time to get a good job and start paying their bills.

we'll start paying debts we still legally owe when collectors like you quit violating our legal rights.

the debt is FOUR YEARS past sol and they are violating a C&D.
