to collections,I think they got scared because I told them if they didn't lower my rates,I may have to do a ch. 13. So they our lying saying I am late and sent me to collection. What Is My Rights?
One thing you know amex responds to threats,if what you were trying to do was lower your rates well they just went higher,You can check your payment history either through your bank or amex have them send your payment history if no lates then challenge that with a supervisor.
