http://consumers.creditnet.com/Discussions/showthread.php?t=63479 I won!!! I called the CA and told them (a supervisor) that my bureaus are all still reporting as open active accounts. Told them that it has been over 1 year since the court proceedings and that they are in violation once again by FALSE REPORTING. I was told they would call me back in a few days. I called them back the next day and was given to someone else who said he was more familiar with my case and that they sent a letter to me stating that they are having ALL the accounts deleted via E-Oscar immediatly. They asked that i please allow them time to correct the error they made, said something about their system messed up or something when these were entered in a year ago.... I recvd the letter on letterhead, signed by this other supervisor in the mail a few days later I will give about 30 days and pull my bureaus again. If they are still on there I will take further action
