In April I bought airline tickets on priceline.com and later had to change the travel date. Priceline wouldn't work with me and they wouldn't even change the NAME on the tickets so someone else could use them on the original dates. I disputed the charge with Providian and today saw the credit appear on the online account activity page. That was a pleasant surprise today!
