I received a settlement offer from my student loan agencies lawyer. They are deleting all negative entries after only two faxed letters to and from the lawyers if I agree not to sue and settle for no money. After only 4 weeks at Creditnet my reports are clean!!!!! Yes I did. They stalled about that one and said they didn't violate any FRCA (through their lawyer) and then when I faxed them back the specific laws they had violated Friday at 3:00 Pm magically on Monday morning there is a settlement offer (no $) but full deletions. I am waiting for the UDFs and the release before I go out of town so this can be settled today.
