IC SYS - Fax Number

Would anyone happen to have an up to date fax number for them? My report has their main office out in St Paul, MN on it, so I guess I'd need one for that location. I'm over 100 days from when I first contacted them. And I've got all the evidence I need. Enoughs enough already. Time for Christi's 48-hr fax.

I'm going to fax my intent to file lawsuit letter, and then follow it up with this short letter along with the fax confirmation sheet you get after the fax has gone through, just to let them know I know they received my fax.

Sound good? Or does it need any changes?

To Whom It May Concern:

The attached confirmation from a third party facsimile has been sent to you to confirm the date and time you indeed received my final notice before I file a lawsuit against you.

Okay one more question before I fax.

Should I address the final notice to the CEO, the paralegal, or just to whom it may concern?
