There is a collection from them on my report from a dentist bill, and was paid in 99'. I recently disputed through EX in hopes that I may get lucky and they won't verify since it's old. Anyone had any luck?
I went the validation route with IC System. When they didn't respond to my second validation letter, I sicked the BBB and Minnesota AG on them. They caved within 10 days of my letters to the BBB and Minnesota AG. Both agencies are online. I sent a hard copy of the letter to the Minn AG CRRR just to be sure.
