Here is the final draft that I sent to ICS in response to their response...

their response to my original letter just change the name to ICS Lakeside instead of MBNA.....

    any thoughts?

I thought this might be inspirational if I actually manage to get them to pay.....

    So you're in Georgia ;)

Let me give you another avenue to collect your money and to get them fined.

In Georgia, our Attorney General's office has an Office of Consumer Affairs.

when it comes to credit bureaus, they will step in on your behalf, investigate at no charge to you, and possibly collect fines for you and for the state for violations.

You can call them and get the ball rolling. They do require that you send a 30 day demand letter... so put at the top of this letter NOTICE OF DEMAND

and take out that you'll send them another letter... this is your demand letter. Wait 31 days... then send your info to the state and see what they can do on your behalf.(you can actually call tomorrow and start the complaint... but it'll get action when you send your info and docs later)... so send the letter cert rr)

If you aren't satisfied, you still have civil action available to you in addition to the office of consumer affairs investigation.

    Have fun ;)

by the way... have you seen your Innovis report lately ? get it too (and if they decline to send you one or one free... again... keep the correspondence and complain to the OCF)...
