    Hi,

    I have received my credit report from Equifax and found one inquiry :

    ID - Checkfree Corp Portal Appl CHECKFREE

    Is this hard inquiry?

    No, ID does not count as a hard inquiry. They are just making sure that you are really you. :)

    They did actually do an inquiry on me - not just an ID.

    Thank you so much. I just remember that on that date I signed up for Webpay E-bill Service so that I can pay Macy's bill online.

    They're good! you can set the payment up in advance. Be sure you pay five business days ahead!! Holidays and weekends don't count. I just set mine up early. I get about 6 bills there. Gas cards, electric bill, and insurance bill.
