Sent 1st VR to CA CRRR-signed 12/3/03. Disputed with TU, all 4 accounts deleted on 1/2/04. Sent 2nd VR to CA CRRR - signed on 1/23/04. Disputed with EQ -CRRR signed on 2/4/04. The CA verified on 2/13/04!!! Idiots!!!!! On top of failing to report the results of TU's investigation. Disputed online with EX on 1/30/04. Unsure of results of that investigation to date. Be watching your mailbox for a validation attempt within a few days, if they put the validation attempt in the mail before they verified, they aren't in violation...
Even though I initially requested validation on 12/3/03? BTW- a friend of mine is dealing with them because her husband has same name as someone else in same town, they sent validation - to his old address,even though a new address was included in VR, luckily her forwarding order had not expired. That's their little game - send it to the wrong address intentionally. Oh well, I'll wait til EQ sends me my "Results"
You don't know whether or not they failed to report, or whether they asked for a deletion... BUT, remember the reason why you over-lap the validation, and verification request is so that THEY CAN NOT ANSWER. You don't want them to answer, you want the negative trade line deleted. You only want to make a case on the improper verification, not the ones which they left fall off. Do you think that Mrs. Johnson would have sued MBNA (et. al) for $90,300.00, IF MBNA would have left the trade line delete? Do you think that a jury would have awarded her $90,300.00 if they had?
Okay, I see your point on not mentioning the failure to report TU's results. I'll watch the mail and see if they have attempted to send me validation b4 verifying account. (According to EQ, whom I called today, they "verified" on 12/13/04) Shorty
To date, (3-1-04), the CA has sent me nothing. Got results from EQ on 2-26-04, and from EX on 2-28-04. I mailed request for procedures to both EX and EQ today. Any advice on next step after I receive my Procedures ? Shorty
