I'm a little unclear in this area, I'm hoping some of the guru's can steer me in the right direction.

It seems a CA is under no obligation to respond to a letter of validation. From what I gather, the only responsibility they have is they MUST report the dispute to the CRA's.

At what point can one approach the CRA's and provide the evidence the CA hasn't validated and request deletion? 30 days? 60 days?

Are there any "GOTCHAS" here? Thanks!
