Currently, I have a $1900 balance with Citibank that I pay thru a credit consolidation agency. If I settle for less in exchange for a positive final report (e.g. paid in full/ paid as agreed), can later dispute/ challege/ validate the other derogs (e.g. lates notices)?

FijiUCF ============= If it was paid as agreed then there couldn't be any drogues could there because if there were drogues then it wasn't paid as agreed was it?
