if no answer from ca will cra del?

    If a CA doesnt respond to your validation request, will the CRA delete the tradeline?
    im guessing it probably doesnt work that way, since you really have no proof that they didnt respond to you.
    Just curious.

    I would send a letter to the CRA asking to remove as creditor has not reply to your letters asking for proof that the acount belongs to me. If they do not delete you may file compliants with the BBB and your state AG and the state AG the company is in.
    Not replying to a validation letter is a issue in my state.


    If the BBB comes back and says the company is no longer in business, forward that to the CRA asking the item be deleted.

    The above steps are the way I handle this after the validation letter.
