I had experian delete a dispute but transunion and equifax did not. Will experian contact the other two or how can I get the other two to take it off.

Unfortunately (for us) when one CRA deletes a derog it does not necessarily mean the other two will.

You could make copies of the EX report that shows the deletion (just be sure to black out any info you don't want TU And EQ to have) and send to both TU and EQ and see what they do.

They just sent us a copy that they have deleted it so there wouldn't be much to black out would there

Has this really worked for anyone yet? I would be curious to know.

Pretty damn snippy answer to someone trying to help. You think they meant blackout any OTHER accounts you may not wish to suddenly appear on the other reports?

This just proves that Credit Reports are a HOAX:!
Since scoring is based the Hoax scores can not be anything but a FARCE!

    Hmmm....

Here I attempt to help someone out, and I get a sarcastic response in return.

You know what, don't bother asking questions if you're going to reply with a smart ass remark like that just because my answer was not to your liking.

Yeah, gotta wonder about someone who complains about free advice. Especailly when he has no clue as to what to do with it.

I think TWOLFE178 meant that Experian only sends the results of the dispute, not the entire revised credit report, therefore there is no need to black out any information.

BTW, I have done this and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Andrew, any bureau more likely than another to accept this logic? I wouldn't expect Equifax, for example, to accept a deletion just because TU did. If it has worked in the past, I sure will give it a try. Can't hurt.

Look here you ****ing dumbasses, I did not mean anything by that remark this is the first time I have done this and I was trying to explain the letter I got back to see if there was anything that I needed to block out. I did not understand what I should block out I thought every letter back just came back with the item and the decision. So next time give me your address and I will send you a ****ing dime for your penny advise.

Easy guys...you took what TWolfe wrote, the wrong way...sometimes typing does that. TWolfe, it was a mistake.

There was NO snippy answer, I believe he was replying that the report could be sent (without blackout) because it was recent...just misunderstood what you were saying that's all. Or as Andrew wrote, that he was referring to the RESULT letter, not the actual Experian report.

TWolfe, the reason you would blackout certain information is that providing too much information to the CRA's can be "dangerous". Some here have learned that it is as important to remember WHAT to say, as it is what NOT to say. You should only provide the most minimal information to get your dispute taken care of, leave the rest of the report "your business" ya know.

Hope the hostility didn't scare you off, written words can sometimes easily be mis-taken, but no harm no foul.

I can see how it was mistaken.. but what about the insults?? :O

Well, if you read it, TWolfe did not "begin" with the insults...not to point blame, just I think all is really GOOD here, but it blew up outta nothing.

The original poster was the first one to be insulted and he did not have it comimg.
The ones who were slamed by him had it coming from him as you reap what you sow.

1*What do you find funny about Twolfe178s problem?
2*Why would you want to ignore him? What did he do wrong?
