I don't know what corn cob you have stuck up YOUR butt, but speak of something factual. SisterGirl ============================= Thank you for the nice complement above. If I do the same thing It's called attacking with snide remarks.
I am sick and tired of watching you pointlessly making snide and harassing remarks towards others on this board. matty ============= ================ I don't attack anyone, however when someone attacks me because they've miss read what I've said I will respond in my defense. Fair Enough?
lbrown, whatever is shoved up your ass, you need to get it out now. I am sick and tired of watching you pointlessly making snide and harassing remarks towards others on this board. If you can't play nice, get out. matty61184 ========================= But it's ok for you to do the same thing like this to me right?
You are simply playing a game here. You are making passive remarks towards others that instigate anger. You know what you are doing, and you should either treat others with more respect or leave this board.
Sorry about your bad experience Atlmom. I can understand you do not want to buy at Sears. However, I do not know if you have had some experience with Land's End before. Let me tell you something that I have seen and I have heard from others' experience. Land's End has been a catalog company (not stores) all this time and has been famous for e.x.t.r.e.m.e.l.y good customer service. They deal with their customer like customers. You could buy a shirt and return it 6 months later if a button broke in the washer - and they would exchange it, no questions asked. This is how they were/are. It is yet to be seen how it will get affected after the merger, which by the way has only recently happened. Sears will start getting Land's End merchandise in Sears stores soon. I hope they still let the Land's End continue with their original customer service group. I would say give them a chance. And if they turn out to be nasty then it is different thing.
Well....let's see where this all began. When you address someone directly with the above tongue-in-cheek statement, there certainly are bound to be repercussions. I am no exception to the rule & entitled to respond in anyway I see appropriate. Unless you want to start a fire, don't play with matches. Sister Girl

I haven't treated anybody including you any differently than I've been treated myself.
Let me say that I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Lands' End I have been known to spend over $2K there I REALLY like their customer service. But I just can't shop somewhere that Sears owns.....I will absolutely HATE to have to find somewhere else, as Lands' End was my haven from this crappy customer service market that we have. So I guess that I will take advantage of my free shipping that I have there for my next order, but after that ....no more as much as I HATE HATE HATE to give up my wonderful Lands' End......I am telling you now, in 5 years the service there is going to stink just like it does at Sears, I remember when Sears had AWESOME Cust. Serv. Now it's awesome customer NO service. Thanks for your post! I agree that Lands' End has great CS for now though LOL Take Care!
Okay, now I (and probably everyone else here) have a better understanding of your original post. You are so disgusted with Sears that you are even willing to stop shopping at Lands' End that you love-love-love. Again, sorry you had to go through that nasty phone call. Take Care.
