Question 1 I have a few IIB credit card accounts with pays statuses of "Charged off as bad debt" - "Unrated" should I send a letter stating that ""I do not have an account of this status with this creditor"?? Question 2 Do I include my account numbers in the letter or let the CRA's do the work? If someone can help me with a simple letter -- or letter link, I would greatly appreciate it. Question 3 Some accounts have "included in bankrupcy" in the remarks area -- a blank balence ---and unrated status???? Can I do anything about these?
