We have just recently filed chp 7 and 2 of the creditors are reporting correctly two are reporting CO and the rest are still reporting late, my score has went from 510 to 531 and it is only reflecting on one report (TU) What do you think we should do? Any advice would be helpful. On DH report they are not even reporting his BK everything is still showing late. We had our 341 meeting about 10 days ago, so do I need to wait for more time? You may want to wait until your BK is discharged. About a month after your BK is discharged, pull fresh credit reports and ensure that the accounts are being reported correctly. That'll be time to go through the dispute process. HTH, John
