   Hi everyone,
   
   I have linked an article in which an Illinois attorney claims that the SOL on credit card debts is 10 years in the state of Illinois. For years I have thought, and still do, that credit cards are considered open accounts and subsequently have a 5 year SOL. What do you make of this article?
