Re: Sheindlin, Shmydlin... Be A Mentch!

Any further contact to me through this business phone line will be refused, documented, AND RECORDED!!

That will serve as notification for the legal taping of the phone calls! Hahahaha

Just kidding, wouldn't change a thing. Once again E, I think your letter is good to go, stamp it, and send it off to Phoenix!

    Go git em girl!

    -Peace, Dave

PS George I can't give you FICO but I can grant you some slack (as a fully ordained minister of the Church of The SubGenius - Bob for God!)

    * poof * - Consider it done!

    GEORGE:
Simply for clarification purposes, I agree with you; one in Colorado could tape a conversation they are a party to with another in COLORADO!!! But in the context of recording a collector from a state that DOES NOT allow unilaterally obtained recording, such taping would be illegal and of no effect. Irrespective, Title 18 of USC still poses a problem because (again, under the context of recording a collector, at a business entity, functioning a business purpose) Federal Law would also apply.

So for anybody that interested in this diversion, Chptr 119/Title 18 USC, the â??Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986â? can be read by CLICKING HERE. Enjoy! [;-)

    About Your Letterâ?¦

    Erica:
I agree with Nave, the revised letter looks fine. The most important issue, aside form the validation request itself, is that youâ??ve documented the no contact at work (VERY effective). Put it this way, the vast (overwhelming) majority of collection processors (Grunt staffing) who read it? Will probably remove your work number from the queue, the collection system used, pronto!

Please keep us posted as to your results?

I'm afraid of my washing machine, but I'm afraid that's a bit off-topic.

    Randy

    P.S. Sorry.

    Randy:
Be nice if we had a decent washing machine around here sometimes.

    Might come in handy.

    (LOL)
