Tried to view my credit report on-line (Because I believe there's an inaccuracy), wouldn't you know it - they couldn't match my records so now I can't view my credit report on-line for 30 days Anyone know if they would be able to "unblock" me if I call them tomorrow?? GT
Same thing happened when I tried. Their website is so stupid. I think they have it set up where if everything doesn't match up letter for letter, you have to send for it in the mail. That's what I ended up doing and didn't bother to fight.
You cannot unblock; you just have to wait 30 days and try again. Or you can look at your report through www.worthknowing.com. Do so at your own risk, though, for they are sometimes inaccurate.
The score is USELESS. The accounts are ALMOST ALWAYS wrong...open as closed and closed as open. OUTDATED amounts owed. ...BUT IT'S FREE...
For the future, obtain free TU report from worthknowing.com (mine is listed as a soft inquiry). With the free report you have the info exactly as TU has it.
Hey George - I know exactly what you're talking about. On a range of 1-100 I have a 5 (Kinda odd considering the scores I have below). Had a lot of mis-info. Don't think I'll use that site anymore... GT
