I disputed my last judgement last month, and the other 2 CRA's have finished their investigations, but EXP is taking FOREVER. I'm dying for them to finish, and I check it twice a day-- Just be done, so I can stop obsessing! LOL They still have 6 days left, so the closer it gets, the more nervous I become. I had this show up 5 different ways between the 3 CRA's--some said judgement, paid and unpaid, and some said tax lien. 4 are gone, it's just down to this one. I can't wait til the 22nd!!!
The 30 days are up on the 22nd. I'm just really anxious to see if that last one comes off. They still have plenty of time, unfortunately. The other 2 deleted 2 weeks ago, but I disputed at the same time. The other 2 were easier though, this one is an unpaid tax lien, so I'm not sure it'll come off. I deleted my address already, so I'm just waiting to see!! I'd be so excited!
They do only have 30 days however fyi they are WAY behind....sent proof and they signed 8/1 did not get to it until 8/15. if you talk to their reps "they know what day they are working on" and my disputes are taking the full 30 days
Jenasea, I think you lost me somewhere. My original post was just that I'm anxious to see if it gets deleted, and I check about 3 times per day. I got lost somewhere on your last post. Sorry for being confused! =(
Sorry for the confusion....I have waited and waited for Experian to delete something they were supposed to so I would check everyday. One day I got tired of waiting so I called them to see what the hold up was cause I knew they had the proof and I knew it had been about 15 days They are just running behind on the day they are working on...say today is 8/18 they are working on disputes/proof received on say 8/9. Hope the clears things up some.
