I just called my attorney to find out what the deal was about filing. He said "I've been in and out of bankruptcy court all week and haven't had a chance to go over your file but hopefully I can get to it tomorrow" HES SEEN THE FILE A HUNDRED TIMES!!! We have gone over it 3 times in person!!!!!!! Then I mentioned that Collectech has deleted from 2 out of 3 bureaus for failing to respond to my investigation, and I asked if that made the case any different, he said "NO, I thank you" and hung up, no good bye, no waiting for my response NOTHING!!! This man is driving me to insanity.... Prior to that I asked what we were going for monetary wise and he said he would have to look at his notes. GIMME A FREAKING BREAK!!!! I'm thinking i could go down to small claims tomorrow......
Sorry you are having such a hard time, but you are getting the famous attorney bedside manner...lol. One of my old bosses used to walk right past people in the courthouse trying to speak with him and would just ignore them...lol. He DID get mobbed when he was there, but still...very rude! L
