I must be the only person in the world who cannot access PG! EXP will not release my file to PG regardless of the name & address variations that are tried. Since they can't provide me all three reports, PG will give me nothing. EXP blames it on PG, and PG blames it on EXP. All the king's horses and all the king's men (figuratively speaking) cannot figure out what the problem is and put my trimerge report back together again. I don't know of anyone else in the world who is locked out of PG like I am. It's sooo lonely here in my PG-less world...good thing I have all those inquiries hanging around to keep me from going insane! Even George gets PG, so it can't be the UYGF... Funny thing is that each and every PG attempt shows up on my EXP report as a soft inquiry from CIC/TRILIGENT, even though no credit information is released by EXP to PG. It's like the roach motel...the roaches check in, but they don't check out! I will try to get a letter from PG stating that EXP won't release my report to them, and perhaps a friendly dose of litigation will free something up.
When I ordered PG initially, only my Equ&Tu was showing up. They kept telling me that there were two databases that the credit bureaus kept & the one they pull from needed to be updated by Exp. I had to call, call, and call again to get the situation straightened out. It turned out that Experian was sending my report to PG in a format it was not used to & I had a split file. They(PG tech.support) finally fixed it (with Exp tech.support) & now I have all 3 with no problem. Try calling PG at 800-511-2739 and get increasing irritated without loosing your cool. It took me a month to get it straight.
Thanks lr. I just assumed they were blocking me because I filed a lawsuit, but perhaps there is something else going on here. Sounds like you had the exact same problem. I'll have to find the smartest person in PG tech support and turn them loose on this, and perhaps they can actually get it fixed. Your information should give them a head start, and hopefully this will also help other people who might be having difficulty accessing PG.
