I received a call from a collection company and they where demanding that I reslove the case, I told them that if they would settle for a certain amount that i would be happy to take care of this matter, This is where i Need Help. I need advice on what i need from the collection company in writing so this acctount shows paid in full and satisfied so this will not affect my credit and that no one else or the exting company cannot pursue futher down the road.
