This has to be the greatest message board around! Everytime my boss isn't around, I'm checking the postings!

I recently had numerous deliquent dates removed via Equifax...will EQ send out this info to the other CA for them to delete, or do I have to delete through every agency?

    More questions to come.

    Have a good one!

    Welcome!

Read the creditnet FAQ as many of your questions will be answered there. Search this board for topics and you'll find even more.

As for the CRA, I think that's what you meant, one has nothing to do with the other.

You will have to send separate disputes to Experian and Trans Union.

The three credit bureaus do not pass along account data for the purpose of making sure what is deleted from one agency is deleted from the others.

What you will continually find is that, while one agency may delete a negative account without giving you any trouble, the others may just stick their feet in wet cement and wait for it to dry before they delete anything.

You just have to be persistant and keep disputing.
Eventually your dispute will find its way into the hands of a credit bureau employee who will go ahead and delete it right away.
