    Cariba,

    Please share how you got your paid tax lien removed. Did you do something other than a normal dispute?

    Yes, they were taken from my hubbys pays, and were on his stubs. However, that was in 1993. It took 6 years before they filed the lein. In that time, we moved, and of course the stubs were lost. I'll find them one day when I'm not looking for them. I've already got them deleted from 2 reports, and am waiting with baited breath to see what the other one says. If it comes off that one, then I won't worry about it.

    Terri,

    No, I just said that "I never owed X state X amount of money; please delete this from my credit file." I never give extra info and try to leave it as brief as possible.

    It was off by .17, and in my book, that is not accurate. I only got that off EQ--it still remains with TU and EX.

    How strange! I got mine off TU and EX - it's still on EQ.
