Hey folks! Long time no "write". Seems like things are moving along quickly around here. Bill charging $35/mo? Man, it used to be $50! Inflation is a mother! Welp, since getting my new MDX, I've gotten new furniture and that's it. My Equifax took a nose dive after that...not sure what really happened there, but since I had no intention on obtaining any new credit, I don't really care. At least I didn't until today. Got my little Privista notice....2 pesty little collections from way back are rearing their ugly heads. Tanked my score. And to think, I was in the high 600s in late August. I thought I'd have until the first of the year to relax then start working on the kinks again - plan on buying a house next November, but now, I'm being "forced" into action - again. Oh well, no rest for the weary!
Shantel- Thank you for your post. However, before we can continue, we are going to need a copy of your drivers license, your social security card, and two utility bills. Thank you. Shawn (good to hear from you again)
From the very first day I joined CreditNet, I was struck by your signature tagline in a positive way. I think your paraphrase of Angelou really sums up our struggle here incredibly well. Welcome back, Shantel! Doc
Hey you.... Nice to hear about your successes;please don't be a stranger & drop a girl a line(smile). Sister Girl
Wow....it's nice to know folks actually remembered me! Doc....thanks sooo much for the compliment. I'm not really good at acknowledgement, but I'm working on it ;-) Sister Girl...of COURSE I'll drop you a line! You can drop me one too though! I'll be lurking around...posting from time to time. I've decided to let Bill work on my reports...no time. With school and my new job, I haven't had to do much of anything! In any event, I WILL be around to tell of the progress and service that I'm receiving from our resident Bill Bauer.
