I think it was a reply to Vixen, up above, where she said something up above about being able to sue them in small claims in NYC.
Not sure where this post came from, but my hubby sued someone in small claims in NYC and we live upstate. The claims arose from when we did live in NYC, but he didn't file until after we moved. L
