Well, not exactly LOL. I have been wrestling with Home Depot about 3 ARs they pulled on my account after it was closed and paid off. Finally had to send the ITS to their agent of service. I just this moment got a call from their legal department. They will be sending me a check for $1500!!!!!!!! yahoo!!!! Now I can negotiate with my Amex chargeoff. I love the fact that one creditor is paying another. Funniest thing is, I never owed Home Depot over $500. I love it!
jlynn, Again we seem to be in the same boat - LOL. I'm (planning on) using proceeeds from several smaller lawsuits to payoff Amex. Using one creditor to pay off the other is such a sweet application of justice, is it not? Especially since so many people get in trouble by using one credit line to pay another and so on and so forth. See you on the other side! -HDAlex

Hey, this sounds like a good idea. hehe. I just checked experian, and first Usa just pulled a soft on me today and I closed the account over a month ago. Can I do anything about that??? I always could use the money.
