I just got the first response back to my first round of disputes from TU on my husband's CR. They deleted two of the three items disputed which we knew weren't his. One was a civil judgement for $450 from 1995- I have a question, does anyone have any ideas as to how a civil judgement effects your score. In other words by having it removed how much might his credit score improve?
My fiance's score went up almost 40 points when he had a judgement from 1999 that wasn't his removed.
