Just a thought for you to entertain. If you call a business and get that recorded message telling you, "This call maybe recorded for training or other purposes", would that be an implied consent for you to do the same (record their call)?
That is just what I thought FF, their recordings are telling you it is (or maybe) recorded, so they know that THEY maybe recorded.
