Searched high and low and I just cannot find hubby an unsecured credit card with a eq fico 614... he has chevron (unsecured) and first premier (secured). He needs good tradelines... providian and crap1 are out (old closed accounts with late pays). Already tried: Target and Household/Orchard/UnionPlus with no luck. Any suggestions?
I have a Capital 1 card, they sent me the offers--and my old account with them was a paid charge off. Providian offered me credit too--on my reports I have 3 paid charge offs and one unpaid charge off. I have to pay annual fees on the Cap1 (will ask them to waive when it comes around next year, if not I will close it) My score was about the same as your DH I know you said those two were out for you, but wanted to let you know my experience. katcar
