Ok. I just reviewed myvesta's BBB rating. They have complaints which have been resolved. There BBB rating aint pretty. They mentioned the practices that I listed above and some other automatic charges as well which isn't good business.
I was about to use them once and they wanted even more, but do a search on Mike Kidwell's book "Debt Sucks." Also go back re-read the primer at the beginningof this site. I know it is hard to work and send out the validation letters, but remember LizardKing beat them and so can you. I just fear if you use the CCCS, re-building will be more difficult. Are you a credit union member, try a loan through them, they has less stringet terms and can help get you back on your feet.
