The one other itty bitty neg on my Credit Report is for library books, of all things.. Anyway, they sent it to a CA years ago. I disputed with the CRA in Janurary. When I checked my report, the tradeline is listed as "account in dispute." So when will they conclude this dispute and either remove it or verify it??? What now?
Did not know you could do that. I have a TL stating - account in dispute resolution pending. Has been that way for quite some time. i can ask for deletion just based on that notation? It is a CA account. i sent a letter to eq and ex requesting deletion based on the fact that i sent validation, estoppel and ITS to the CA and never received a response. Think I will see deletion from that?
I'll have to send that letter today!! Thanks George. Also, I disputed it with Equifax in Jan. I haven't checked the other 2 reports, would they be labeled as "in dispute" as well? Will I need to send the letter to all 3 CRA's.
