I have a (paid) account that I have been fighting since July. The CA signed for validation request on 7/13, not noted on CRA's until 9/3. Isnt that still a violation (it was my error in telling CA on 8/10 they were in violation for not marking)? The CA is claiming it is the CRA's fault and the CRA has 30 days to place that notation on the account...surely that isnt true is it??!!??
I do not think the CA is in violation. It does take time for the CRA to add the notation, how much, I dunno...
