"in dispute" response letter

    OK, here's another one:

    Is the CRA required to send you a "...we are in reciept of your dispute, and will follow up within 30 days..." letter? I always seem to get these about a week after the little green cards, but didn't for 2 of the CRAs this time around. Can't seem to find anything in the FCRA regarding this. Any ideas?
