    What set of rules/laws govern an OC who is doing there own collections? Thanks

    I don't disagree with that George, but in the meantime I would like to know if their tactics are on the up-and-up.

    If you're referring to Fiar Debt Collection Practices Act, it doesn't apply to OC's.

    I know, that's why I'm trying to determine if there are any set of rules the OC is supposed to follow. The Fair Credit Billing Act doesn't have much...
